My coronavirus lockdown in the Philippines – beautiful view, cute cat, growing veggies experiments

I really think I couldn’t have ended up lockeddown in a better place than right here on Camiguin Island, Philippines. During this covid-19 pandemic I believe that the best things we can all do are to stay fit and healthy, eat good food and look after those more vulnerable than ourselves.

I’ve been doing yoga, stretching and qi gong, cooking healthy fresh foods, not drinking much alcohol and experimenting with different growing techniques – and of course playing with my cute cat who keeps me company.
